Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Absolutely! We post photos and videos of all the dogs on our Facebook page. When you come to pick out your puppy at 5 weeks you can meet the sire and dam from your litter. If you are unable to make it at that time then we can video chat or you may meet them at your scheduled pick up date.
Yes, each of our dogs are health tested for over 215 genetic health risks. They also have their OFA certs for hips and elbows which we are happy to share with you.
We expose the puppies to every day noises in the home(ex pots and pans banging, vacuums), worldly noises through video(ex sirens, cars, horns).
The litters are kept indoors until 6 weeks old. We have a whelping box and playpen set up for mom and babies. Between 6-8 weeks they will begin getting time outside in a designated area set up for the puppies.
We socialize the puppies to people, their littermates, and other dogs around our home.
Yes! The puppies will be vet checked throughout their time here. We deworm at 2, 4, and 6 weeks as well as a vet check and vaccines at 6 weeks. They will be sent home with a copy of their records.
We do not normally sell with breeding rights. All of our dogs are AKC registered so if you are looking for breeding rights please fill out that section of the questionnaire and we will discuss it further.
Yes, we provide you with a questionnaire that you are required to fill out - which can be found on the "puppy questionnaire" section of the website. After you email us the completed questionnaire a contract will be sent to you which will include the health guarantee. You can read it over and ask any questions you may have relating to it. After filling that out you will pay your deposit on a litter.
No, your deposit is not refundable. That being said the following FAQ will answer your questions on whether you can switch your deposit to another litter. We understand that things happen in life and timing is not always perfect. We are always willing to work with you.
We want the puppies to go to good homes and also provide you with exactly what you're looking for so there is the best experience for everyone. We do allow you to switch your deposit to another litter, but you must decide before the puppies are 2 weeks old. Once you have chosen a puppy your deposit cannot be switched to another litter.
Yes! My husband is retired Army National Guard, and I am in the Navy reserves. We are big supporters of our military members and their families. Please let me know before placing your deposit so we can further discuss the details of this.
The puppies will be allowed to go to their forever homes at 8 weeks. We will hold them until 9 weeks for no extra charge but any time after that we will charge for them staying. No, the puppies cannot under any circumstance go home before 8 weeks as it is crucial for them to be with their litter mates and mom until then.
You can reach me through my cell phone number, email, or Facebook page. Please feel free to reach out any time! We are happy to help and love seeing our puppies grow up.
Please see the "puppy packages" page for further information. If you are searching for training past the puppy stage, such as behavioral issues that come up, please reach out and we can discuss options.
Always, any age, any issue. We would much rather have our dogs come back than be put into shelters. You will not receive a refund, but we always welcome them back with open arms as we understand things happen in life.
